Form ADV & Regulatory Information
How to understand the regulatory documents referenced in this demonstration and verify a real financial firm.

Antoninus has no regulatory filing
Antoninus Capital is a fictional firm and has not filed Form ADV, Form CRS, or any other registration document. It has no CRD number, SEC file number, state registration, or public disclosure record.
Any Antoninus regulatory document shown inside a Hadrius sandbox is synthetic test data. It is not a filing and should not be submitted to a regulator or used to evaluate a financial professional.
What Form ADV is
A real investment adviser uses Form ADV to register with the SEC or state securities authorities and to report information about its ownership, business, services, clients, fees, practices, conflicts, and disciplinary history. Part 2A, often called the firm brochure, provides narrative disclosure for clients and prospective clients.
What Form CRS is
Form CRS is a relationship summary used by SEC-registered investment advisers and broker-dealers that serve retail investors. It summarizes relationships and services, fees and costs, conflicts of interest, standards of conduct, and disciplinary history in a prescribed format.
How to verify a real firm or professional
Use the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure database to review an investment adviser and its Form ADV filings. Use FINRA BrokerCheck to research brokerage firms and registered representatives. Search by the firm’s exact legal name or regulatory identifier, confirm that contact details match independent records, and review disclosures before sharing information or assets.
A search for Antoninus Capital should not be treated as a regulatory verification because Antoninus is fictional and has no filing.
